CO-FOUNDER

For nearly a decade, Allen has spent his career working with entrepreneurs and helping small businesses. Leading teams of over 50 people culminating as the Senior Vice President of Fundraising at StartEngine Crowdfunding, Allen was fortunate enough to be a part of the company's success since 2016. Allen is a licensed FINRA broker and holds the Series 7, 63, 79, and 24 licenses.

After growing up in Cold Spring Harbor, NY, Allen decided to venture west to attend the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He credits USC for inspiring his passion for entrepreneurship and business.

In his free time, Allen enjoy playing golf and tennis, walks in Santa Monica with his fiancee Niki and and watching the New York Jets win (mostly lose).

CO-FOUNDER

In addition to being the Co-Founder of Spur Capital, Foster is the Head of Finance and Revenue Operations at Seso – the modern operating system for agriculture to manage their workforce and back office. In the last two years, Seso has grown its business by more than 10x and raised over $50M from top-tier investors led by Index Ventures and Bond Capital. Foster previously helped scale high-growth technology companies in strategic finance roles at both Attentive Mobile and Latch. He started his career as an investor focusing on innovative publicly-listed companies.

Foster holds a business degree from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. He lives in New York City with his wife Julie and baby daughter Sophie. In his free time, he enjoys playing racquet sports, spending time with family and friends, and exploring NYC.
